Welcome to UIExpertz! Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) carefully before using our design and development services (“Services”) provided by UIExpertz (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Services.

1. Services

UIExpertz offers digital product design and development services to clients seeking professional solutions.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• SaaS Design

• WordPress Development

• Website Maintenance

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging UIExpertz services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements and information.
• Give timely feedback and approvals during the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
• Ensure necessary access and permissions for website-related tasks.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms for UIExpertz services will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are released.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and design and development rights) associated with the final deliverables created by UIExpertz will belong to the client upon full payment unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

5. Revisions and Changes

UIExpertz is committed to client satisfaction. Reasonable revisions and changes to the design and development work will be accommodated as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

6. Confidentiality

UIExpertz and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice if there is a breach of the terms or if circumstances warrant such action. Termination may result in payment for work completed up to that point.

8. Limitation of Liability

UIExpertz shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We strive to provide accurate and reliable solutions, but we cannot guarantee the performance or functionality of third-party tools or technologies.

9. Changes to Terms

UIExpertz reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
