Since our offerings are digital in nature, no physical items are shipped to clients.

2. Delivery of Digital Products

All project deliverables, including design files, source code, and related documentation, are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:

– Cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar)
– Project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Asana)

Upon completion of your project, our team will notify you via email or your preferred communication channel with download or access instructions.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project. Estimated timelines are outlined in your project proposal or contract agreement.

4. Download and Access Issues

If you experience any problems accessing or downloading your digital files, please contact us immediately at support@uiexpertz.com. We will ensure that your deliverables are resent or made available through an alternative method within 1–2 business days.

5. Ownership and Access

Ownership of digital deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. Until payment is completed, all files, designs, and code remain the property of UIExpertz.

Once ownership is transferred, you are responsible for securely storing your files. UIExpertz is not liable for data loss, accidental deletion, or file corruption after final delivery.

6. Revisions and Updates

If your project includes revisions or post-launch support, updated files or credentials will be delivered digitally using the same secure methods mentioned above. All updates or revisions will follow the agreed project timeline or maintenance contract.

UIExpertz reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
